Dr Michael Silagy welcomes referrals from General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and allied health professionals for both Gynaecological Care and Obstetric patients.

Please include the specific reason for referral and main concerns, and relevant medical and gynaecological history, and current medications and previous treatments tried, results of recent test results or imaging if available, and any urgent symptoms or timeline concerns.

Urgent Referrals

Michael will prioritise any urgent referral. Please contact the rooms or Michael directly if wanting to discuss a referral.

Please feel free to contact reception on: (03) 9596 7700 if you have a patient needing urgent referral for symptoms such as:

• Severe pelvic pain

• Heavy bleeding requiring immediate attention

• Suspected complications from previous procedures

• Post-operative concerns

Routine appointments for ongoing care, preventive services, and non-urgent concerns, typically scheduled within 2-4 weeks.
